Planning Commission

The Commission recommends modifications to the General Plan and related policy documents.

All Zoning Ordinance amendments are developed through this Commission and recommended to the City Council. Other purviews include subdivision map consideration and review and comments on substantial projects from surrounding jurisdictions.

Meetings

Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of the month, 6:00pm at the North Berkeley Senior Center, 1901 Hearst Avenue, unless otherwise noted in the meeting agenda. Meetings are conducted in person with a hybrid option available.
